Kia Sonet Facelift launched 2024: Kia Motors has unveiled its new Sonet facelift in the Indian market. This is going to be the first-ever update of the Kia Sonet. Kia Sonet is a luxury SUV within the sub 4m SUV segment.
Its booking will start in the Indian market on 20th December 2023, and it is likely to be launched at the beginning of the new year. However, it is being booked unofficially at some dealerships.
Kia Sonet Facelift launched (Design Update)
The unveiled new generation Kia Sonet gives us a new front design with a redesigned grille at the front, a revised bumper with pointed-shaped LED DRLs, and fog lights in a sleek pair for a more sporty look. A silver skid plate is provided with it. It now comes with a more sporty character compared to the older generation.
While in the site profile, it has been introduced with new alloy wheels. At the rear, we get a revised bumper with a newly designed LED tail light unit.

Inside the cabin, we see its design layout typical of the current model. However, new leather seats have been offered in the facelifted Kia Sonet with many new features. Apart from this, we get a soft touch facility in many places and many luxury features.

Among the features, it is offered with a connected dual-screen 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Apart from this, this wireless Android Auto comes with Apple CarPlay connectivity, more than 70 connected car technologies, front ventilated seats with height-adjustable driver seat, wireless mobile charging, an air purifier, an electronic sunroof, and a premium sound system from Boss.

Kia Sonet Facelift Safety features
As safety features, it gets a 360-degree camera, electronic stability control, and six airbags as standard. Apart from this, it has been introduced with Level 1 ADAS technology, which comes with 10 great features. Out-of-line warning, re-alignment, high beam assist, driver warning, line retention, pedestrian and cyclist protection. Apart from this, the Find My Car facility has been provided in its top model.

Under the bonnet, it is powered with the current engine options. However, manual transmission is no longer available with its diesel engine option. Information about the engine options is given below.

The price of the facelifted Kia Sonet is expected to start from Rs 8 lakh ex-showroom in the Indian market. Whereas the price of its top model is likely to be around Rs 15 lakh.
